Online Purchasing Sessions

Our online purchasing sessions are designed to give you real-time access to the best Italian wholesale collections, without the need to travel. Sessions are held via WhatsApp, Zoom, or another platform you prefer, and are limited to one working day.

No minimum purchase is required per session.
This allows you full flexibility in selecting only the items that truly fit your collection, without being forced to reach a predefined order threshold.

  • Commission: 10 percent of the confirmed purchase value. Minimum commission per working day: EUR 250.

  • Vendor minimums: usually €300–€500 per warehouse

  • Style minimums: commonly from 2 to 12 pieces per style, or by full pack where applicable

During the session, you review curated collections directly from multiple vendors. All purchases are consolidated into a single invoice and shipment, so you don’t need to deal with each supplier separately.
Payment: 100% prepayment required before dispatch (bank transfer or card via Nexi). Bank/payment commissions are at the client’s charge.

Private Label Production

Our private label production service allows you to create your own collection with Made in Italy quality and style. You can either provide a design project or an existing garment as a sample. We manage the entire process: from sourcing fabrics and trims to supervising production, branding, and quality control.

  • Minimum order value: €3,000

  • Vendor/factory minimums: a minimum order of at least 100 pieces per style or production line may apply.

  • Production starts only after written agreement on technical specs, branding, and labeling

  • Samples: produced first, shipped for your approval. Only after approval we move forward with full production.

We adapt quality control to your production goals – essential checks for budget-friendly orders, and thorough, multi-stage inspections when higher standards are required. We can also provide custom labels, swing tags, and individual polybag packaging if required.
Payment: 100% prepayment required before production is dispatched (bank transfer or card via Nexi). All commissions at client’s charge.

Shipping & Customs Made Simple

We take care of the entire shipping process to make it as smooth as possible for you. Shipping costs are always agreed separately and based on courier quotations, whether you choose UPS, DHL, FedEx, or prefer to rely on your own licensed courier. All the necessary export and customs documentation is prepared by us, so you don’t have to deal with complex procedures.

It is important to underline that any import duties or local taxes required by the destination country remain at the client’s charge. This way the process stays transparent: we manage everything on the Italian side, while you can be confident that your order will arrive consolidated in one shipment, ready to be cleared in full compliance with international regulations.

Our procurement service fee is designed to be simple and fair, reflecting the value of a fully managed buying and production process:

  • 10% fee on purchase amounts up to €15,000

  • For orders above €20,000, the fee is negotiated individually to fit the scope of the project

This fee includes: consultation, supplier and product scouting, purchasing sessions, collection and packing of goods, and preparation of all export documentation.

Shipping costs are always quoted separately, and import duties or local taxes in the destination country remain at the client’s charge.

You don’t need to travel to Italy to view collections. During your online purchasing session, we connect you live via WhatsApp, Zoom, or another platform of your choice. Our team is physically present with the vendors, showing you the garments in real time—fabric, colors, fit, and details. You can ask to zoom in, compare styles, or review alternatives exactly as if you were in the showroom. Based on your choices, we consolidate the orders and prepare everything for shipment. This way, you have the same level of visibility and control, while saving time and travel costs.

What level of quality and quality control should I expect?

The level of quality and quality control is always directly related to the price range and market segment of the products sourced.

For low-cost ready-to-wear productions, quality control is typically carried out on a sampling basis, with the objective of identifying major or visible issues that fall outside accepted industry tolerances for that price level.

As production value and price increase, quality standards, construction precision, and quality control procedures become progressively more detailed and stringent.

If required, a full piece-by-piece quality inspection can always be arranged, subject to additional costs, and is generally recommended for higher-value productions or brands with stricter quality requirements.
