No. The entire buying session happens remotely via video call. Our buyer is physically in the showroom — you shop from your office, boutique, or wherever you are. Clients in the US, Australia, Northern Europe, and the Middle East all buy without ever traveling to Italy.

Can I buy from multiple suppliers in one session?

Yes — and this is one of the key advantages. A single session can move through three, four, or more pre-selected suppliers. Everything you purchase is consolidated into one order and one shipment.

How long does a session last?

It depends on how many suppliers are involved and your pace. Sessions typically last several hours and can extend through an entire working day. We don't rush the process — you decide when you've found what you need.

Italian pronto moda is a fast-moving market. Suppliers hold reserved stock for 2–3 days maximum. The 24-hour window is not pressure — it's how the market works, and it protects your selection from being sold to someone else.
