Italian pronto moda moves quickly. The stock you select is real and available now — which means it can be sold to someone else if not secured promptly. Here is how the payment process works, and why it’s structured this way.
Pay for the Goods Promptly
After the session we confirm your order and send the pro forma invoice. The Terms give you 5 calendar days to pay, but it pays to be quick: suppliers hold reserved stock for only a few days. Once paid, your selection is secured.

No. The entire buying session happens remotely via video call. Our buyer is physically in the showroom — you shop from your office, boutique, or wherever you are. Clients in the US, Australia, Northern Europe, and the Middle East all buy without ever traveling to Italy.
Yes — and this is one of the key advantages. A single session can move through three, four, or more pre-selected suppliers. Everything you purchase is consolidated into one order and one shipment.
It depends on how many suppliers are involved and your pace. Sessions typically last several hours and can extend through an entire working day. We don't rush the process — you decide when you've found what you need.
There is no fixed minimum. Budget requirements and order sizes are discussed during the initial interview, where we build a sourcing strategy tailored to your specific business.
A moodboard is not required. Any visual reference helps — your boutique's Instagram, your website, photos of pieces you like, or links to styles that inspire you. The goal is simply to give us a clear picture of your aesthetic before we go scouting.

For ready-to-buy collections, the order can usually be managed very quickly. Once we have understood the client’s needs and selected the right suppliers, we can often organize the sourcing session and manage the order within 24 to 48 hours, depending on our agenda and on the client’s availability for the one-to-one call. The process is designed to be practical and direct: we select the most suitable suppliers, verify the products in real time and coordinate the order with the client.
Stock availability depends on the current supply situation of each supplier. Sometimes we arrive at the beginning of a new supply, so there is a wider availability of products, styles, colors and sizes. Other times we arrive towards the end of the supply cycle, and quantities may be more limited. For this reason, stock cannot be guaranteed in advance: we verify the real availability directly during the sourcing session, with the selected suppliers.
