The first day is €250. Each additional day is €125, half price. On top of that, our standard 10% commission applies to the orders you place. The daily fee covers your guide and transport between vendors.
Suppliers reserve time specifically for your visit, so late cancellations and no-shows carry a €500 charge., which covers the reserved day and the minimum commission. We hold the date and prepare your vendor route in advance, so once a visit is booked the slot is committed.
We advise you on where to base yourself and agree a pickup point, so your day starts smoothly. You book your own travel and accommodation, but we make sure the logistics on the ground in Prato are organised around you.
